A place to heal
About the Practice
Adams Hill Counseling is a therapy practice for people who are ready to take an honest look at how they're living and consider what might need to change.
I work with couples who want to reconnect, individuals moving through major life transitions, and people who are questioning the version of life they've been told they should want. Sometimes that means changing old patterns. Sometimes it means having a difficult conversation, making a big decision, or giving yourself permission to want something different.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be useful in your actual life. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. We can get curious about what's happening, make sense of the patterns you're stuck in, and work toward something that feels more honest and sustainable.
I named the practice after my grandparents' home in Arkansas, a place that has always represented rest, connection, and having a place at the table. That spirit is at the heart of Adams Hill Counseling. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as you are, say the things you've been afraid to say, and figure out what comes next.
Whether you're navigating the shifting dynamics of a relationship or searching for clarity in your own life, therapy is a space to slow down, get honest, and start moving forward. I work with couples and individuals who are ready to do meaningful work. Not just managing symptoms, but actually understanding what's getting in the way. Sessions are $125 for individuals and $165 for couples. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield for individual therapy, and offer a private pay option for couples.
